SD Cards for different payloads

Depending on the camera, there are different SD cards. Please take notice of the specifications

Sony RX1

  • The card that fits is a micro SDXC card. It is important to be a micro SD card so that it can be inserted in the tablet using the adapter that comes in the Pilot box.
  • It has to be a SDXC with a write-speed capability of 90 MB/s and a read-speed of 100 MB/s. We recommend a capacity between 128GB and 256GB
  • The SD card goes into the camera directly

Sony QX1

  • The card that fits is a Micro SDXC card.
  • It has to be a SDXC and we recommend the 64GB that comes with the camera.
  • The SD card does not go in the camera but goes on the micro-USB card adapter. To see more information about this, please read this article.

Micasense Rededge - MX

  • The card that fits is an SDHC card with a write-speed capability of at least 40 MB/s and a read-speed of at least 90 MB/s
  • It has to be an SDHC of 32GB as provided with the camera. If you wish to use a larger-capacity one, please make sure to format it to FAT32.
  • The SD card goes into the camera directly
