Preflight checklist—troubleshooting

The following are some common preflight warning messages and their possible solutions.

"WingtraOne is not fully set up. Please repower WingtraOne. If the Problem persists please contact support."

 

This warning should not appear in normal operation, it indicates that flight parameters are not initialized or sensors are not calibrated correctly. If this warning appears during the update process, click it away and finish the update (WingtraOne is not fully set up if the updating firmware of the drone is older than the version of WingtraPilot running at that time). In other cases, restart WingtraOne and check if it appears again. If it still appears, please submit a support request.


"Airspeed measurement exceeds 4 m/s threshold. Please re-calibrate airspeed sensor."

 

In rare cases airspeed calibration is not very accurate (e.g., if there was an airspeed or other induced pressure spike during calibration). If you get this warning when trying to start the flight, re-calibrate the airspeed sensor by clicking on the respective pre-flight check again.


"Negative pressure difference detected! Please re-do the airspeed calibration. If issue persists, please contact support."

 

In rare cases, airspeed calibration is not very accurate (e.g., if there was an airspeed or other induced pressure spike during calibration). If you get this warning when trying to start the flight, re-calibrate the airspeed sensor by clicking on the respective pre-flight check again.


"WingtraOne did not respond to command: Store parameters."

 

The following warning should not appear in normal operation. If this warning appears, restart WingtraPilot and WingtraOne and check if it appears again. If it still appears, please submit a support request.


"Your WingtraOne is not responding. If this continues shutdown WingtraPilot, restart your WingtraOne letting it boot completely, then start WingtraPilot."

If WingtraOne is not responding, you will get this warning. If it appears, repower WingtraPilot and Wingtraone as instructed. If it reappears again, please submit a support request.
