WingtraOne RedEdge: I can not connect to the camera via a browser.

Check out the following troubleshooting recommendations in case you can not connect your device to the MicaSense RedEdge camera.

  • Move closer to the camera. It can be that a reliable connection can only be established if you are within 1m from the camera.
  • Try to use another web browser. We recommend Google Chrome.
  • Use another device (phone, tablet, ...)
