Step 1: Power off the drone
Make sure the drone is unpowered, and all batteries are unplugged.
Step 2: Remove the front panel screws
Remove the two screws located on the front panel. Please note that there are washers attached to these screws. Ensure they are kept together and stored safely after removal. Do not pull the front panel forcefully after removing the screws, as it is still connected to the internal electronics via a cable. Refer to the image below.
Step 3: Gently open the front panel
Carefully open the front panel to reveal the electronics stack. The FMU SD card is located inside and is marked in green. The label is also printed on the PCB. Refer to the image below.
Step 4: Reinsert and secure the FMU SD card
Carefully reinsert the FMU SD card, ensuring it is properly seated in the slot. Before closing the front panel, make sure the inserts are properly aligned. These are indicated in red in the image. Once aligned, close the front panel and reinstall the two screws. Tighten them securely without overtightening. Reconnect the batteries and power on the drone to verify that the system starts normally. Refer to the image below.
