On your Windows computer, open **WingtraRAY Charger Firmware V1.12.exe**. 2. Windows may display a security warning. If prompted: - Click **More info** - Then select **Run anyway** #### Step 3 — Connect the Charger 1. Connect the charger to your computer using the USB cable. 2. Plug into the charger’s **10 W USB port** (this is important). 3. In the firmware application, click **Upgrade**. 2. The application will show update progress. 3. Do **not disconnect** the charger during this process. #### Step 5 — Completion 1. Wait for the confirmation message in the application. 2. The charger will emit a series of beeps and LED color changes. 3. At the end, the LEDs will **flash red** — this is normal. #### Step 6 — Finalize 1. Disconnect the USB cable from the charger. 2. Reconnect the charger to its **power supply**. 3. Test by charging a set of batteries. **If the Update Fails** If the application shows a failure message: - Close the firmware tool - Disconnect the charger - Reconnect everything and repeat the process once   -
