Step-by-step instructions
Step 1 Remove the QX1 camera from the mount
Remove the security ring that holds the camera in the mount by clicking the PUSH to release mechanism.
Remove the dummy battery from the battery compartment.
Unplug the micro USB connector.
Gently push the camera from the outside to remove it from the mount.
Step 2 Remove the 20mm lens from the QX1 camera
While holding the release button on the camera carefully rotate the lens counter-clockwise until you feel that it's no longer attached to the camera.
Step 3 Attach the 15mm lens to the QX1 camera
Remove the protection cap from the 15mm lens.
Gently insert the 15 mm lens inside the camera and rotate it clockwise until you hear the click which indicates that the lens is correctly mounted to the camera.
Step 4 Place the QX1 with the 15 mm lens into the mount
Insert the camera in the mount until it is fixed inside.
Plug in the micro USB connector.
Insert the dummy battery into the battery compartment.
Place the security ring, and click the PUSH to release mechanism to fix it.
