End of life and support announcement for WingtraOne’s battery charger and associated SKUs

Products Affected: Current WingtraOne battery charger and associated SKUs

This notice formally announces the End of Life (EOL) and support (EOS) of the following products: 

• WingtraOne battery charger (SKUs: CHA, FCHA)

Last-time-buy: July 31 2024, pending stock. Please place your last order before that date.

New solutions offered: ULTRACHARGE+ (SKUs: CHA-ULTRA and FCHA-ULTRA)

End of support date: July 31 2024

Warranties & Paid Replacements: Hardware repair and warranties will continue to be supported whenever possible until July 31 2024, past that date, warranty cases will be replaced with the ULTRACHARGE+.

Action

• Existing customers under warranty & paid replacement
  • We will continue to support the product according to our obligations, until the end of support on July 31, 2024 for our existing customers under warranty & paid replacement. Past July 31 2024, or before pending stock,  faulty charger still under warranty will be replaced with ULTRACHARGE+
• New orders: 
  • Deals including a WOP: until June 30, deals including a WOP included the discontinued charger, past June 30, all new deals will be shipped with the ULTRACHARGE+" . Current WOP price remains the same.
  • All other deals including a CHA or FCHA: 
    • Until July 31: pending stock availability, orders will be shipped with the existing charger (CHA / FCHA) unless specifically updated in the partner portal.
    • Past July 31 : all orders will be shipped with the ULTRACHARGE+
