End of life and support announcement for RX1 and associated parts

This notice formally announces the End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EoS) for the following products:
- RX1 payload part
Last-time-buy: December 31, 2024, pending stock
End of support date: April 30, 2025
New solutions offered: RGB61
Action
- Existing customers:
We will continue to support the product according to our obligations, until the End of Support on April 30, 2025 for our existing customers under warranty & paid replacement. Past the end of support, faulty RX1 payloads still under warranty will be replaced with the RGB61. If you are interested in purchasing additional RX1 payloads, you can place orders until December 31, 2024, pending stock availability.
- New customers:
The RX1 will be available for purchase until December 31, 2024, pending stock availability.
