WingtraOne GEN II: Access flight logs
If you have opened a support ticket with Wingtra, we may need the comprehensive log files from your WingtraOne to help diagnose an issue with your drone.
Instructions
- Make sure the WingtraOne SD card is securely inserted into the drone.

- Power on the drone and tablet, and connect the telemetry.
- Launch WingtraPilot and wait until the telemetry connection is established.
- Select Settings. Select Flight Logs. Select either the last 3 or 20 flights, depending on when you encountered the issue.

- Wait while the logs are downloaded to the SD card. This process can take several minutes. If 20 flights are being downloaded, this might take up to 30 minutes.

- A success message indicates that the process is complete and the logs are saved to the WingtraOne SD card.

- Power off WingtraOne and get the SD card out of the drone. The transferred flight logs are stored on the SD card in the folder WingtraFlightLogs. Your flight logs are archived in the file with the format:
DATETIME-FIRSTFLIGHT__DATETIME-LASTFLIGHT__Xflights.tar
- Upload the .tar file using our WeTransfer Portal.
If you plan to send the logs through other channels, make sure to address support@wingtra.com.
WingtraPilot fails to transfer the flight logs. What can I do?
If the flight logs failed to transfer, ensure that the SD card is not write-protected and securely seated in the drone and try again. If the transfer fails again, reformat the SD card. If the transfer continues to fail, please inform your support team so they can assist you.
